             Approval of Swale Location
             Lot 1 on RP226728
             32 Viewland Drive, Noosa Heads

             I refer to previous correspondence in relation to this matter and note De Luca are seeking
             Unitywater’s consent for a swale to be constructed which will pass through Unitywater’s
             freehold land, located at 32 Viewland Drive, Noosa Heads, legally described as Lot 1 on
             RP226728.

             In reply, I advise that Unitywater does not object to the proposed location of the swale, in
             accordance with the attached Surface Treatment Plan Drawing No. 201.

             Please ensure Unitywater is kept informed as to the progress of the proposed works, as De
             Luca will be required to obtain the relevant permits from Unitywater, prior to commencing
             any works on Unitywater’s land.
