Element 1: High-           •   Netserv Plan planning assumptions support the

                           •   The Netserv Plan employment planning assumptions
                               are calculated by levels of current and approved
                               development and maintaining alignment of employment
                               growth with total population growth. Netserv Plan
                               employment planning assumptions between 2021 &
                               2046 is 6,707 new employees compared to
                               ShapingSEQ’s target of 12,100.
