To The Chief Executive Officer,

 

I would like to lodge my concerns about the traffic conditions this
proposal will bring to this area. Living in Overlander we already have
considerable traffic at the moment being a direct route from Belli creek
road to Myall street and then to the Bruce Hwy. We also have a Sun Bus
route using this street usually at considerable speeds and I would image
this TRAFFIC will only increase. We have a dangerous intersection at the
Belli Crk end of Overlander Ave  where you have to nose out into the
traffic to see what is coming from the left hand side which I would not
like to see if we were carrying any more vehicles .The Ferrells rd T-
section is very busy during the week and can take quite a long time to
get on to Myall st to enter the Bruce Hwy. I think the Service station
could cause a lot of this traffic especially if they expect to pull
traffic from the Bruce Hwy and lets face it you would not build
something like this unless you thought you could pull a lot of vehicles
to buy fuel as it is all about turn over in this game.
