I support the application and all uses proposed on 139 Eumundi Rd Noosaville.
As a propeny owner in Lionel Donovan Drive, I sec the proposed service station, shop,
cafe, and industrial uses as being a complimentary to existing businesses in the area.
The development will inject much needed life to that section of Eumundi Road and will
provide the significant ongoing benefits to the local economy.
In terms of proposed usc:
The tradies cafe is complimentary to the proposed service station (in fact without it
the service station on its own is unlikely to be economically viable).
The service station will be to my knowledge the first newly constructed service
station in Noosa for many years and is evident that its size and shape is what required
for operation
The provision of reasonable quality food in a local cafe of any sons is needed. At
present there are no easily accessible options for occupants of Lionel Donovan Drive
to be able to safely walk to during their breaks.
J agree with the expenditure that the economic repon details on food spend as a
quick survey of our staff, shows a spend of at least S25 a week on food. J also
agree that this cafe and shop with the service station will not impact anyway on
existing centres.
In summary, I strongly suppon the proposed development notwithstanding their minor
non-industrial uses. These uses arc complimentary and would be expected within any
industrial area.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you require any funher infonnation.
Yours faithfully
PETER BREWER
