               Re: OPW21/0275 MCU18/0028.01 – Lot 11 RP69150 #9 Ann Street, Noosaville


We have reviewed Noosa Council’s Information Request dated 22 October 2021 and comment as follows: -

Issue 4 – Site Stormwater Drainage

        SCG Consulting Engineers’ proposed Stormwater Management Plan No: SCG 28204-SW1, includes a
        series of pits and pipes along the proposed eastern boundary retaining wall. These pits and pipes will
        drain the existing areas of potential ponding identified during a site visit and with the site survey.

        We confirm these areas between the subject site and adjoining property would already have ponding
        occurring. The included drains will provide relief drainage from the property which is equal to the minimum
        overland flow levels that currently exist in the subject site.

        SCG Consulting Engineers confirm there will be no increased runoff into the road reserve.
