753345 3 14 November 2017 It is understood that Council officers have also raised concerns in respect of the stability of David Low Way following the completion of earthworks and house construction on the subject site. This issue has been considered in the context of the geology of the site, and also the fact that a vegetated buffer will be maintained between the road and the developed part of the site. There will be no impact on the stability of any existing road components as a consequence of the development of the site.
