We the undersigned residents respectfully request that:
1 The Noosa Regional Council takes immediate action in relation to the incursions onto Marcus Beach Coastal Reserve by property owners at
fF Drive Marcus Beach, as outlined above, at the cost of the property's owners.
2 The Noosa Regional Council takes pro-active, zero tolerance approach to illegal appropriation of public land, degradation of public land through removal
of native vegetation, the unauthorised planting on public land, and the dumping of rubbish or landfill on public land.
