     1.     PETITION: INCURSION INTO MARCUS BEACH COASTAL RESERVE
            Refer to Attachment 1
            Council Resolution
            Moved:           Cr Stockwell
            Seconded:        Cr Wilkie
            That the petition with 284 signatories submitted by community members requesting
            Council take action against incursions into the Marcus Beach Coastal Reserve be
            received and referred to the Chief Executive Officer to determine appropriate action.
                                                                             Carried unanimously.
