4    PLANNING APPLICATIONS DECIDED BY DELEGATED AUTHORITY REPORT– AUGUST
     2022
     In accordance with Chapter 5B of the Local Government Act 2009, Cr Lorentson provided the following
     declaration to the meeting of a declarable conflict of interest in this matter:
     I, Cr Lorentson, inform the meeting that I have a declarable conflict of interest in regards to Item 33 on
     the Delegated report as the applicant is Mark Bain Constructions and Mark Bain and the Bain family are
     family friends. We have attended social events together, and our children have attended school together.
     As a result of my conflict of interest, I will leave the meeting room while the matter is considered and
     voted on.
     Cr Lorentson left the meeting by turning off the microphone and camera.

     That Council note the report by the Manager, Development Assessment to the Planning &
     Environment Committee Meeting dated 11 October 2022 regarding planning applications that
     have been decided by delegated authority.

     That Cr Lorentson is accepted as attending via Microsoft Teams.

     Cr Lorentson returned to the meeting (via Teams).

the recommendations therein be adopted except where dealt with by separate resolution.
