On behalf of the applicant and landowner, Ralph Lauren 55 Ptd Ltd, we hereby lodge a development
application for a Development Permit for a Material Change of Use for a Food and Drink Outlet and
Service Industry at the above-mentioned property.

This application is to be assessed under Noosa Plan 2020 – Amendment 1, which commenced on 25
September 2020, rather than the currently in-effect Noosa Plan 2020 – Amendment 2, which took effect
on 26 September 2025.

We acknowledge that Noosa Shire Council is the responsible assessment authority for this application.
To assist Council in its assessment, the following documentation is enclosed:

    •   Council’s Decision Notice of the Superseded Planning Schee Request - SPS25/0004
    •   Completed DA Form 1
    •   Development Assessment Report prepared by Project Urban
    •   Architectural Plans prepared by Twohill & James
    •   Noosa Plan 2020 Code Assessment

The applicable Council application fee will be paid upon receipt of Council’s tax invoice.
