My husband Gary and | are the buyers of Unit 4 at 130-132 Gympie Terrace Noosaville Q
4566. We would like to request that the ground-floor bathroom be converted into a
powder room as per the attached plans. A bathroom was included on the ground floor
as part of the Approved plans; however, there are no bedrooms on this level, and there
is also a liftin the unit to access the other levels. Hence, we believe a powder room and
a walk-in pantry would be more suitable uses of space on this level. | kindly request
that you review the application to permit the change.
