4.    The Estimated Cost of Implementing the Overall Plan
The estimated cost for carrying out the overall plan is $1,200,000.


5.    Estimated Time for Implementing the Overall Plan
The estimated time for carrying out the overall plan is twenty (20) years ending 30 June 2034. It is
anticipated that a levy will be made in future years as the service, facility and activities undertake are
an on-going program.


2018/19 ANNUAL IMPLEMENTATION PLAN
The annual implementation plan for the financial year ending 30 June 2019 is to continue the routine
inspection program, undertake a survey of the scour protection profile and then perform a review of
the canal profiles to determine the scope of necessary future works.
It is considered that there are sufficient reserve funds available to fund the implementation of the
overall plan in 2018/19. As such, no revenue is required to be collected in 2018/19.
The estimated cost of works proposed to be undertaken by Council this financial year is $4,500.
