Finance
Given the emergent nature of this initiative, funding for this project will be required at the next
budget review. It is proposed to fund stage 1 only, with Council to consider the merits or otherwise
of proceeding with the remaining stages following stage 1 completion. Should the project proceed
after stage 1 is completed, a further funding request will be brought forward to the April 2018 budget
review.

Nil at this point, however should Council agree to undertake this initiative, community and
stakeholder engagement will occur throughout its development.
