Sorry! Yes I was just going to say “The drawings provided show no work to be done in the verge area so this will be allowable to proceed with approval”

That’s what happens when you try to do two things at once…

Hi Craig,

The verge along the frontage of this property is 3.19m between property boundary to the back of the concrete invert, and it is already fully paved with concrete. The existing tree with its raised garden bed surround also presents a pinch point which can’t be modified as the roundabout circulating lane is on the other side of the pathway.

I have advised Lisa that we would have no further comments – other than maintaining a continuous pathway treatment through the driveway to provide a visual indication that pedestrians have priority along this frontage. The drawings provided show no work to be done in the verge area so this will be

Thanks Ben,

What are thoughts on safe pedestrian movements into Hasting Street it appears that the footpath and concrete invert are not being changed?

I was thinking if there was some type of pavement treatment to differentiate the driveway from the footpath or bollards?

Cheers Craig

Hi Lisa,

I will have a look at this and discuss with you on Monday.

Main issues from our would be building height and vehicle movements along the side and back of the proposal.

Hi Aiden,

Can you please arrange a quick review for comment to be provided on the attached develop.

The main focus is on safe pedestrian movements however it appears that the footpath and concrete invert are not being changed?

I was thinking if there was some type of pavement treatment to differentiate the driveway from the footpath.
