Hi Greg,

We appreciate you taking the time to explain the proposed development at Lot 55 Carpenters Road
Cooroy.

With your explanation that "the primary use of the sites will be for single women aged over 50 years on
low incomes. Other sites will be for affordable key worker accommodation."

And with your explanation we understand that the site is "controlled in perpetuity by Not for Profit
organisations such as St Vincent de Paul and registered Housing providers such as Coast2Bay"

Being that we have only been informed of the proposed development on the 11/03/22, we do still have
questions and concerns around it. However, providing you agree to the items listed in your letter of offer,
we do give our consent for the proposal to be submitted to NSC.

Unfortunately | do not have access to a printer to be able to print and sign any letter currently.
