Reinstatement Report
« Plons searched SP211687, SP170295, SP208II0, SPI51406, 15220996, RP867858, SP170294, RPGOIO44, SP119449, 18198728,
RPB67627,
+ The external boundaries of the base parcel, being Lot 81 on SP2II687, had been surveyed relatively recently but not necessarily
related to each other. The western boundary of Lot BI, which includes some of Gateway Drive, was reinstated using original
reference marks located at Stns |, 2, 3, 4, 5and6. Good agreement in both bearing and distance between the original reference
marks was observed so the original base parcel corners, at Stns |, 3, 4 and 5, were reinstated accordingly. No occupation exists
along Gateway Drive except for the new retaining walls installed during the construction which was referenced off Stn 2a.
+ The eastern alignment of Lot 81 was reinstated similarly using original reference marks located at Stns 7, 8, 9, [4 and 16.
« Stn 9 was reinstated using the O.Nail in concrete located at the corner and OPMI08352.. Connections were made to the OIP and
B.Nail at Stn IO to confirm the reinstated position of Stn 9. Deed distance was observed between Stns 7—9 as per SP170295 and
5P1O7541, so Stn 8 was reinstated using the Deed distance from Stn 7. Connections were made to OPMs (08352 and 144532
from Stn 8 vide traverse. A Screw was installed in the Sewer M/H close to Stn 8 to help remove the need for connections to
those PSMs in the future. Deed bearing is kept between Stns 5 and 8 as a result with Imm excess recorded. References to the
new block walls constructed within our sub ject parcels have been shown along these reinstated boundaries.
» Stn 13 was reinstated using the Deed road width, as shown on RP9O1044, from Stn 9 of 26.363. The alignment of the southern
side of Venture Drive was confirmed by connections to the OlPs and other reference marks off Stns || and I2. Good angular and
linear agreement was recorded between the northern and southern alignments of Venture Drive.
« The overall distance between Stn 13-16 was observed as 200.214m. This agrees with the combined distances shown on SP208II0
and SP151406. Original connections to the corners of buildings as shown on SP208110 were used to confirm the reinstated
position of Stn 15. OPM|44532 was connected to vide traverse to check the reinstated position of Sin (4, being the Deed
distance of 15.902 from Stn 5, and a Nail was instaited in the block wall for future use due to the difficulty of getting a
reasonably direct line of measurement from Stn 14 to OPMI44532,
«No encroachments from improvements on our subject land or adjoining parcels was noted.
