The information requested is set out below:
Issue
Council has some concerns with the proposed stormwater discharge from the site. The proposal includes 2 discharge points, one of which appears to conflict with the proposed landscaping and there is not detail on the existing underground services to determine if there are any conflicts.
Information Required
Provide an amended stormwater design that:
A single discharge point. Provide a junction pit within the site to connect the grated drain discharge to the main discharge line.
Provide detail on the existing underground services in the road reserve and certification that states that there will be no conflicts with the existing services and/or suitable clearances, as required by the service authorities, are achievable
Provide an amended landscape design that does not conflict with existing and/or proposed services.
Provide an arborist report that addresses the retention of the existing trees as described in Condition 8 of the higher order approval MCU19/0118. The report must be site specific and include recommendations for the works and methodology.
Issue
The shape of the proposed driveway is not in accordance with Council’s Standard Drawing RS-049
Information Required
Provide amended plans that include the shape/tapers as indicated on Council’s Standard Drawing RS-049
Issue
The submitted material does not fully demonstrate compliance with all of the conditions of the higher order approval MCU19/0118.
