Submission of Amended Plans

We refer to the Decision Notice provided by Council dated 7 October 2014 in relation to the above project and
submit amended civil and landscape plans in accordance with council’s requests.

In regards to Condition 38, AECOM wish to request that council change the condition to read:

Landscape plans for the areas surrounding the bioretention basin filter media footprint must be arranged
to minimise shading to the filter media footprint are. Suitable plants include the following:
(a)     Carex appressa
(b)     Carex fascicularis.
(c)     Ficinia nodosa.
(d)     Juncus usitatis.
(e)     Lomandra longifolia.
(f)     Ghania sieberiana.
(g)     Banksia robur.
(h)     Dianella brevipendunculata.
(i)     Themada triandra.
(j)     Cymbopogan refractus.
(k)     Melaleuca thymifolia,
(l)     Casuarina glauca

As discussed with Cherie, in order to maintain the bioretention area within the Northern swale we have included
local widening where possible. The widening is gradual to avoid scouring issues.
