          The proposed roofed terrace will match the existing setback of patio roofs on the adjoining
          allotments, each extending approximately 2.3m from the dwelling.

           The proposed roof extension will not compromise the visual or acoustic amenity of
          adjoining allotments. The roof will be constructed over an existing decked area and will not
          change the use or occupancy of the area.

          The patio roof will not impact the views of the adjoining properties that have views
          orientated to the North.

          The patio roof over the existing deck will not reduce landscaping areas.
