           Complies. Proposed works will involve a mix of lightweight materials to compliment the
          existing brick cladding of the dwelling.




           Existing building. Proposed patio will act as an additional eave to the rear of the dwelling.

           No parapet or roof top terraces proposed.




          The proposed roofed terrace will be constructed over an existing deck. The decking
          boards are being replaced, but the use of the area will remain unchanged. There will be
          no impact to the existing privacy and amenity of adjoining land uses.

          The roofed terrace will match the existing terraces on adjoining lots and will be consistent
          with the existing development.
