3. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

3.1 PROPOSAL

The proposed works includes alterations to the existing floor plan, replacement of the
existing deck at the rear and the construction of a patio roof over the rear deck. The
Stratco Outback patio roof will match the adjoining units.

The proposed development includes Building Works requiring code assessment against
the Noosa Plan 2020.

The following codes are applicable:
   - Medium Density Residential Zone Code

   - Biodiversity, Waterways and Wetlands Overlay Code
   - Flood Overlay Code
