Future design stages will involve town planning, architectural,
landscape architectural and engineering design to guide both site
planning and detailed design. The finishes are intended to blend
seamlessly with the surrounding natural environment, using low-
maintenance materials in timber, natural and white tones with
feature stonework. Architectural screening will enhance visual
interest while ensuring built elements complement, rather than
dominate the landscape. The landscape palette will primarily feature
endemic plant species to maintain a natural aesthetic and ensure a
sustainable outcome.
