The proposed reconfiguring of the 4 lots to 2 lots is reflective of the proposal to retain the existing
dwelling and develop the balance of the land for multi-dwelling proposal. The excision of Lot 1 at
544sqm appropriately contains the existing dwelling, associated private open space and addresses
access considerations through the creation of a new crossover to an existing shed to the north-
west corner of the site. The proposed lot sizes and shapes are appropriate for their intended use
and meet the Code’s requirements.
