        A. Note the report by the Director, Digital Hub & Innovation to the General
           Committee dated 8 September 2026 regarding the proposed commercial
           lease of Tenancy C at the Peregian Digital Hub; and
        B. Agree to enter a commercial lease for Tenancy C at the Peregian Digital Hub,
           Peregian Beach, to HubMind Pty Ltd for a three-year term with one three-year
           option, as generally outlined in the report.
        C. Note the full attachment names as follows:
           1. Confidential Attachment 1 – Leasing Overview - IAW Section
           254D(3) of the LG Regulation 2012 - this is not publicly available as it contains

7.2.2 BIOSECURITY SURVEILLANCE PROGRAM 2027-2031

     That Council
        A. Note the report by the Environmental Services Manager to the General
           Committee Meeting dated 8 September 2026 and approve the following
           Biosecurity Surveillance Program for 2027- 2031 for the Noosa Council region
           in accordance with section 235 of the Biosecurity Act 2014:
               1. Survey Area 1: 1 January to 31st March each year until the end of 2031
               for the localities of Cooroy, Cooroy Mountain, Tinbeerwah, Cooroibah and
               that part of Doonan that is within the Noosa Council boundary;
               2. Survey Area 2: 1 April to 30 June each year until the end of 2031 for
               the localities of Black Mountain, Federal, and those parts of Ridgewood and
               Eerwah Vale that are within the Noosa Council boundary;
