The latest Noosa Plan (2020) has adopted the current State Planning Policy, Natural
Hazards, Risk and Resilience bushfire hazard mapping. We note that our site
inspection indicates much of the vegetation mapped as medium or high bushfire
hazard as low due to incorrect mapping of the vegetation within the property.
