RESPONSE
It is requested that Council condition this as part of the assessment, to ensure that all excavation or filling on land below 5
metres AHD is undertaken in accordance with the Acid Sulphate Soils Management Plan.
This response represents our complete response to the Information Request issued by the Noosa Council, and we
look forward to the decision notice being issued by Council in accordance with the relevant provisions of the SPA.
