On behalf of AG22 Pty Ltd ATF Peregian Beach Shopping Centre Discretionary Trust,
the applicant, please be advised that we have undertaken and completed the
referral of the abovementioned development application and associated information
to the referral agencies listed in Council’s Confirmation Notice dated the 19th
September 2022.
In accordance with Section 54 of the Planning Act 2016, a copy of the following was
forwarded to SARA on the 20th September 2022:
• DA Form 1;
• A copy of the Planning Assessment Report & Code Assessment;
• A copy of the of proposed Plans of Development;
• A copy of the Council prelodgement meeting notes;
• Signed owner’s consent & current title search;
• Confirmation Notice dated 19th September 2022.

We refer to the Confirmation Notice from Noosa Council for the abovementioned
development, dated 19th September 2022.
We seek SARA assessment of the proposed Material Change of Use for Caretaker’s
Accommodation, Food and Drink Outlet & Office on the subject land generally as
depicted in the attached documents and plans.
To enable SARA to assess this application, a copy of the following is enclosed in
accordance with Section 54 of the Planning Act 2016;
