                  Govemor of Queensland, acting by and with the advice of the Executive Council, has
                  appointed you as a director of the Board of the Brisbane Organising Committee for the
                  2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games (the Board) under the Brisbane Olympic and
                  Paralympic Games Arrangements Act 202]. Your appointment as a director is for the period
                  of 1 September 2022, up to and including 31 August 2026,
                  Guidance on your responsibilities and obligations as a director is available in Welcome
                  Aboard: A guide for members of Queensland Government Boards, committees and statutory
                  authorities (the guide), published by the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. The guide
                  can be found online at www-premiers.qld.gov.au and click on (1) ‘Publications’ (2) ‘Guides’,
                  (3) ‘Government handbooks’ and then (4) ‘Welcome Aboard’. Access to further material
                  relating to the Brisbane 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games and the Board will be provided
