TAKE NOTICE that under Local Law 7 Section 6 (2) (b) Undertaking a Category 1 Prescribed Activity without current
approval (alteration or improvement to local government controlled area or roads) means (a) installing, changing,
damaging or removing a structure in a local government controlled area or on a road; council requires your attention in
regards to a non-standard vehicle cross over being constructed in road reserve without approval at 24 Currawong Cres
PEREGIAN BEACH QLD 4573.

Following an inspection on the 17/11/2021 |, Jodie Crawford, an authorised person of Noosa Shire Council, am satisfied
on reasonable grounds that you, Kaylene Mary Cameron and Donald James Colston have failed to comply with under
Local Law 1 Section 6 (2) (b) Undertaking a Category 1 Prescribed Activity without current approval (alteration or
improvement to local government controlled area or roads) by (a) installing, changing, damaging or removing a structure
in a local government controlled area or on a road;.

WHAT YOU MUST DO. This compliance notice has been provided to give you an opportunity to remedy this matter by
IMMEDIATELY CEASING WORK and either
a) removing the unapproved vehicle cross over; or

b) by applying for approval and receiving appropriate permit/approval (via a DA Form 1 Operational Works -
Driveway) (Please note - if approval is not granted, condition b) will become null and void.)

so as to comply with the law.

You must comply with all of the conditions of the compliance notice unless you have a reasonable excuse for not
complying and you have notified council in writing by 03/12/2021.

FAILURE TO COMPLY with this notice is an offence under Local Law No. 1 (Administration) 2015, section 26
(Compliance notice for contravention of local law or approval condition) maximum penalty of 50 penalty units.
