moving forward:
– Reduction in state / federal stimulus could
impact future rate arrears and operating
cash flows
– Funding major infrastructure whole of life
costs (Beckmans Rd, Rufous St, playground,
trails, walking and cycling, other??)
– Unwinding COVID related operating budget
reductions
