           EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
           Biodiverse Environmental was commissioned by Stockwell Design and Construction to conduct a site
           visit and prepare a Fauna Management Plan prior to the commencement of native vegetation removal
           and earthworks associated with the development of a Medihub precinct at Lot 22 26 Eenie Creek
           Road, Noosaville.
           This report is provided to meet the requirements as outlined in the Operational Works Permit 22/0303
           Lot 22 SP 322201 associated with the Development Application submitted to Noosa Shire Council by
           Stockwell Design and Construction.
           A meander survey was undertaken throughout the site to investigations fauna breeding places and
           habitat features.
           A total of two (2) habitat features / potential fauna breeding places and 0 fauna species were identified.
           Biodiverse Environmental have provided details on the following management / mitigation strategies
           to be implemented prior to and during works:
                     •         Vegetation Clearing
                     •         Animal Welfare
                     •         Fauna Management During Works
                     •         Providing safe passage for fauna
                     •         Bushfire Risk
                     •         Control of feral, domestic and companion animals
                     •         Control of environmental weeds
                     •         Habitat rehabilitation and enhancement
                     •         Community Education and awareness
