E XECUTIV E S UMMARY
This Tree Management Plan is in response to Noosa Council’s Decision Notice dated 23
August 2022 where information is requested to fulfil conditions 31-34 concerning the Retention
of Existing Vegetation within the Covenant Area. The report is to be submitted before
Operational Works approval is gained by Stockwell. A $30,000 bond has been placed on the
trees by the council and will be drawn down if required if trees within the covenant area are
damaged and if compensation is enforced.

This report focuses only on trees within the covenant area of vegetation located on the
northern side of the site. All other existing trees within the site boundary are to be removed.

Tree protection guidelines and methodology are provided for trees located within the covenant
area that are in close proximity to the approved project design.
