This Tree Management Plan was commissioned by Stockwell Development Group Pty Ltd.,
in response to Noosa Council's decision notice conditions 31-34 concerning the Retention of
Existing Vegetation within the Covenant Area. Consult Arborist has been engaged to conduct
a Visual Tree Assessment along the southern edge of the Covenant Area within proximity to
the approved project design.

Tree protection guidelines have been provided to assist in reducing any conflict with the
protected existing vegetation.

2 S ITE I NSPECT ION
Matthew Duncan, the Director and Principal Arborist of Consult Arborist, undertook the Visual
Tree Assessment on the site from a ground level on Wednesday, 9 November 2022. Matthew
holds an AQF Level 5 Diploma of Arboriculture (AHC50510), an International Society of
Arboriculture’s Tree Risk Assessment Qualification, valid from 2015 to 2025, and has worked
in the arboricultural industry since 1994. Since its establishment in 2011, Consult Arborist has
been engaged to provide arboricultural advice and guidance on private, civil, and capital works
projects from cross-sector clients throughout Queensland where he is a Queensland
Arboricultural Association (QAA) Qualified Member and Approved Consultant.
