In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of TEMPO FAMIGLIA PTY LTD, we hereby submit Other
Change application in accordance with s.50 of the Planning Act 2016 .

Please find enclosed the following documentation to facilitate Council’s assessment of the submission:

         • IDAS Form 1,
         • IDAS Form 2,
         • IDAS Form 5,
         • Certificate of Title and signed Landowners’ Consent,
         • Town Planning Report and supporting Appendices.

As discussed previously with yourself, Council had agreed to discount this application. Council were to
charge the applicant the same fee for a Minor Change (as opposed to an Operational Works Permit) given
the minor assessment involved.
