I am a local resident and wish to extend my support herewith for the proposed
development at 215 David Low Way Pereglan Beach. The development ofthis vacant land
will be a great asset to our area. Both short stay and residential housing is in short supply in
Peregian Beach and J believe these will be both well received into the market and will
address the demand.

There is also great economic benefit to be achieved by the development of this balance land
for accommodation as there will be increased prosperity for the business community.

I have no objection to this well-thought out and detailed development application being
approved and look forward to the long-term benefits this development will bring to
Peregian Beach into the future.
