13       COMMUNICATIONS
         The DBYD information has identified that the following infrastructure is present within the vicinity of
         the subject site:

          Underground NBN conduits with property connections and associated pits along the development
          side verge of Eumundi Noosa Road. NBN conduits are shown currently traversing through the site
          from north to south.

          Underground Optus Cabling and associated pits opposing the development within Eumundi Noosa
          Road

          Underground Telstra conduits with property connections and associated pits along the
          development side verge of Eumundi Noosa Road. Telstra conduits are shown currently traversing
          through the site from north to south.

         It is proposed that the telecommunications consultant will negotiate with the relevant carriers
         regarding the requirements of the proposed development telecommunications connection and the
         extent of any upgrading and possible relocation works to the system if necessary. It is expected that
         the existing infrastructure will need to be relocated.

         Refer to the DYBD Information in Appendix I for further details on the existing communications
         infrastructure.
