Dear Sir,

I wish to add my name to the objections to the proposed extension to the Civic. The population is such that we cannot possibly support more supermarkets and rubbish stores, when Maroochydore is only 30 minutes away and has all the necessary big services. As it is at present the Civic is under-utilised and the shops there have difficulties with lack of sales, so more shops would be devastating to them, and particularly areas like the Junction, Noosaville and Tewantin shopping areas which are supported by local people. Noosa, I believe, needs to retain, as much as possible, it's own unique village appeal that is why people like to live here, instead of big Malls and concrete spaces.

Noosa is a Gem that needs to keep sparkling, and supporting small business rather than the corporations, is one way to keep our own unique lifestyle.
Thank you, Lesley George, 12 Corona St. sunshine Beach.
