2.3      Groundwater
No signs of groundwater seepage at the surface (‘springs’) were observed during our walk-over around
the proposed building sites, and groundwater strikes were apparently not encountered in the ASI ‘soil
test’ boreholes.

2.4      Surface Drainage
The site has a theoretical catchment extending upslope for about 150 m to the east of the buildings (the
gym) to a localised knob in the rounded spur.
