Hi Council,
I write in relation to development application MCU2020/0097 Lot 1 on SP 314729 1/27 Hill st Sunshine Beach.   I am concerned about the material change in use as I believe it will negatively impact the relaxed, quiet, amenity of the area.  Permanent short term accommodation would negatively impact the area which is predominantly residential.  It would increase the ambient noise and rubbish.
I would prefer this does not go ahead.
