33.   As detailed in Table 2 above, the proposed development has provided a compliant vehicle parking
      outcome with 34 car parks, 8 motorcycle bays and 10 bicycle spaces provided onsite to accommodate
      the demand generated by the proposed land uses.


3.7   Stormwater Management
34.   Please refer to the Civil Engineering Plans prepared by Ingeniir in Appendix 4 and the Stormwater
      Management Plan prepared by Ingeniir in Appendix 5. The development proposes to use on site bio-
      retention to satisfy water quality requirements. Further, the development achieves effective non-
      worsening of peak stormwater discharge rates.
