2.2      Surrounding Land Uses
7.       As demonstrated in Figure 2 below, the subject site forms part of a broader industrial estate
         development, which is located on the western side of the Bruce Highway. The sites within Taylor Court
         comprise new industrial buildings and storage yard premises. The broader area comprises both rural and
         residential land uses, as well as environmental conservation zoned land. The site is located 2km from the
         Cooroy town centre.
