     and council-wide adoption of SPARC Values.


     Subsequently, SPARC Values in Action was rolled out
     across the organisation with the aim of developing and
     promoting ‘above the line’ behaviours across council.


     The SPARC acronym represents the values we, as an
     organisation, consider to be intergrated into the way we
     work and in the way we serve our community.
