We wish to lodge my objection to the application to allow 1/20 Nannygai Street to be available for short term rental.

We live at 1 Anchor Street in a duplex which wraps around the corner and is nextdoor to 1/20 Nannygai Street.

Our area has permanent residents and has become relatively high density housing with recent redevelopment.

We do not feel short term holiday rental fits the nature of our residential street.

The advertised rental rates and the fact that 1/20 Nannygai Street is a 4 bedroomed home creates the potential for multifamilies/ group  rental .This would impact local  resident's right to quiet enjoyment of life by the noise generated by groups of people in a small area.

 We have previously experienced such disturbance when a unit directly across the road was used as short term rental accommodation.
