Re: Development Application for Development Permit for Operational Works (Earthworks, access
driveways, carparking, external frontage works, stormwater drainage and landscaping) associated
with MCU18/0028.01

On behalf of the applicant, ARCD Projects Pty Ltd, please find enclosed a Development Application for
Operational Works in respect to the abovementioned site. This Operational Works application is associated with
a Development Permit for Material Change of Use - Multiple Housing - Type 2 Duplex (Council ref:
MCU18/0028.01). Please note we have submitted a concurrent Generally in Accordance (GIA) Request for minor
amendments to the approved MCU plans. In addition to the minor amendments, the plans submitted with the
GIA application reduce the plot ration to not exceed 0.4:1 as required by condition 39 of MCU18/0028.01.
In support of this application, please find enclosed:
• DA Form 1;
• OPW Engineering Plans; and,
• OPW Landscape Plans.
Payment of $3,474.00 being the applicable fee under the 2021/2022 Schedule of Fees and Charges will be paid
upon receiving an invoice from Council.
The operational works related conditions of MCU18/0028.01 have been complied with as follows:
• Condition 18 – Please refer to the enclosed OPW Landscape Plans (Attachment 1)
• Conditions 21, 22, 24, 27 & 34-37 – Please refer to the enclosed OPW Engineering Plans (Attachment
2)
• Advisory Note 14 – Please refer to the enclosed Construction Management Plan (Attachment 3)

government planning scheme requirements and the documentation referred to therein.
