The current budget allocated to Community Bushland Care program is as follows:
1.5 full time equivalent officers (FTE) LGOA 3 plus vehicle.
$17,580.88 allocated for training, PPE, tools and equipment, plants, and other consumables.
$35,500 allocated for contractors to provide assistance for Bushcare projects.
The current budget allocated to the Land for Wildlife and VCA programs is as follows:
1 FTE LGOA 5 plus vehicle.
Land for Wildlife Materials and Services - $95,459.
Voluntary Conservation Agreements Materials and Services - $77,243.
The Community Bushland Care Program is funded from general revenue budget allocation, funding
both the labour and outgoings as outlined above.
The LFW and VCA program is funded from the Environment Levy. Of the anticipated $990,466
revenue this FY from the Environment Levy, $269378 is used to fund the LFW and VCA program.
