                                      SPECIAL CONDITIONS

 1.    The Applicant will pay the sum of $16,650.00 to the Council in respect of the upgrading of the
       timber bridge in Crawfords Road (which will provide access to proposed Lots 2 and 3).
  2.   The upgrading will be carried out by the Council generally in terms of the long-term
        recommendations of the Appellant’s consultant’s report on the bridge (Tod Engineers & Project
        Managers dated 8 May 2020) within the next 10 years (at an estimated total cost of $33,300.00).
 3.    The amount payable under condition 1 is subject to CPI increases in accordance with Clause 4.3
 4.    The payment is to be made prior to the time of sealing by the Council of the Subdivision Plan.
  5.    In satisfaction of condition 14 of the Subdivision Application conditions of approval, the
       Applicant shall pay to the Council the sum of $500. The payment is to be made prior to the time
       of sealing of the subdivision plan by the Council. The Council will install the signage required by
       condition of the Subdivision Application conditions of approval.
