RE:       Request to extend the Information Request response period
          Development Permit for Material Change of Use – Warehouse (Extension to Existing Self-storage)
          176 Eumundi Noosa Road, NOOSAVILLE
          Lot 26 on SP151406
          Council Ref: MCU23/0102

I refer to Council’s Information Request, dated 31 August 2023 in relation to the abovementioned development,
and note the existing extension approval is due to end 01 March 2024.

The Applicant, North Coast Chiropractic Services Pty Ltd TTE, has provided instructions to promptly file an
originating application in the Planning and Environment Court in relation to seeking determinations about the
whether the premises have existing use rights and the need for a further application for operational works for
fill. Accordingly, we hereby request that the time to respond to the Information Request be further extended
pending the outcome of the originating application.

As such, in accordance with section 13.1 & 33 of the DA Rules, we hereby request an extension to the
Information Request applicant’s response period by 60 business days until 21 May 2024.
