RE: RESPONSE TO REQUEST FOR FURTHER ADVICE _______________________________
MINOR CHANGE TO DEVELOPMENT PERMIT MCU19/0017 & RAL19/0004 FOR COMMERCIAL
BUSINESS TYPE 1 OFFICE, TYPE 2 MEDICAL AND ANCILLARY DWELLING UNIT FOR PREMISES
AT 36 & 40 HOFMANN DRIVE NOOSAVILLE DESCRIBED AS LOT 6 AND 7 ON SP264847

I refer to Councils correspondence dated 4th June 2020 requesting further advice in relation to the
above minor change application.

My client has reviewed the items raised and wishes to respond as follows:

    1. Wall height

Please find attached amended plans that detail:

        Ground floor: Approximately 43 metres of ground floor carpark setback 1.5metres from western
         boundary.
        Level 1: New fire wall to southern boundary which adjoins carparking area on adjoining site.
        Level 1: Approximately 43 metres of level 1 carpark setback 1.5 metres from western boundary.
        Level 1: Area under level 2 approximately 43metres of ground floor carpark setback from
         western boundary
        roof not enclosed to northern and western boundaries.
        New level 2 roof setback 2.5 metres from northern and southern side boundaries.
        New level 2 roof setback 1.5 metres from the western rear boundary.

    2. Gross Floor Area

Please find gross floor area calculations on drawing DA-40.10. These plans were not originally
included in the change application as they were not part of the set approved by Council.

The Assessment Manager’s favourable consideration of the above development application is
