 Notice is hereby given that the abovementioned infrastructure charges are levied by the Council Of the Shire of Noosa in
 compliance with the Integrated Planning Act 1997, Chapter 5, Part 1, and by virtue of the Local Government Act on land
 described for the period prescribed, and such charges are DUE AND PAYABLE BY THE ABOVE DATE. These charges
 plus any arrears and interest thereon may be recovered by legal process without further notice if unpaid after the expiration of
 the DUE DATE
