                                      NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE


l, Frith Amelia BROPHY, of Advertising Contractors, of 10 Lyon Street, Moorooka in the State of Queensland
as the Agent for the Applicant hereby give notice that in respect to a Development Application at
MORANBAH ACCESS ROAD, MORANBAH (GOONYELLA ROAD) that the provisions of the
Sustainable Planning Act 2009 have been complied with -

       (a)    the application was advertised in the "Daily Mercu$' newspaper on Friday, 21st August2015;

       (b)    a notice in the prescribed form was posted on the relevant land between 12.49pm and 2.1Opm
              on, Friday, 21st Augusl2015 on the frontages to Tallon Street, Rosella Court x 2 locations,
              Archer Drive, Pathway off Renier Crescent, Freeman Street and Moranbah Access Road,
              Moranbah; the signs were maintained for fifteen (15) business days until Wednesday, 16th
              September 2015, when they were removed; closing date for receipt of objections being the
              15th September 2015; photographs of the public notice signs erected at the site are attached
              hereto as Appendix l;

       (c)    notice was served by registered mail on all adjoining owners on Friday, 21't August 2015,
              whose names and addresses are listed on the page attached hereto as Appendix ll;

       (d)    the page from the newspaper containing the public notice; a copy of the wording of the public
              notice erected on the land and a copy of the wording of the notice served by mail are attached
